New Features and New Courts Come to Texas eFiling; Supreme and Appellate Courts Now Supported

We try to keep our blog informational in nature, so consider this an update for those of you who eFile in Texas.

One Legal now offers eFiling to the Supreme and Appellate Courts in Texas. As a reminder: If you are representing a party, you must include party information when filing to the Supreme Court or any Intermediate Appellate Court. Case party information remains optional for filings to a trial court.
One Legal has been offering eFiling & eService, Process Serving and Court Research & Document Retrieval in Texas for some time. With this latest update, we are now offering eFiling and eService for Texas Trial Courts, The Texas Supreme Court and Intermediate Appellate Courts.
